Rogers Park, a township in Cook County last reassessed in 2018, is located on the City’s northside along lake Michigan, just South of Evanston. Starting in 2019, Kane & Co will be publishing assessment facts by township. This is the first of many Township assessment summaries. Rogers Park Township is comprised of 23,580 parcels, with a preliminary 2019 Assessed value of $652 million (3% higher than 2018 and 17% higher than 2017). 86% is Class 2 residential, whereas only 3% is Class 5 commercial and industrial.
