The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (“DCEO”) recently notified EDGE Program Participants that the due date for filing Exhibits D and E has been extended to June 1, 2021. In addition, DCEO introduced a new filing requirement called the COVID-19 Payroll Certification. This new form must be filed before an EDGE Tax Credit Certificate will be issued.
