Services will include the investigation of the status of the tax sale(s) and redeem unpaid taxes. Services typically include the following:
Phase I: Due Diligence

Gather and analyze relevant information including prior year assessment notices, tax bills, notices of tax sales, leases, etc.

Review opportunity to vacate tax sale.

Quantify costs of redemption including taxes, penalties and fees.

Prepare timeline to highlight key dates for penalty increases.

Phase II: Redemption

Preparation of required documents to secure redemption of taxes.

File appropriate documentation and hand deliver final payment (cashier’s check).
